Luxury Client Advisor & Timepiece Storyteller

Summary Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering a personalized luxury client experience at the Las Vegas boutique. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, consistently achieve sales targets, and represent the Maison with expert product knowledge and storytelling. Support boutique operations to ensure an exceptional in-store journey for every client. Responsibilities Greet and engage clients, deliver a high-touch sales ceremony, and develop lasting relationships through follow-up and personalized service. Consistently capture and maintain accurate client data for relationship building and sales opportunities. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines and handling negotiations/objections effectively. Act as a Maison ambassador by communicating product history, construction, materials, and care to clients. Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, set-up/breakdown, back-stock maintenance, and inventory/cycle counts. Participate in in-store and offsite events and collaborate with boutique and local management on client development initiatives. Requirements College degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements; strong product knowledge and storytelling ability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Proficient computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
