Luxury Boutique Client Advisor: Storytelling & Sales

Summary Deliver personalized premium client experiences in the boutique by demonstrating product expertise, building long-term client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. Act as a Maison ambassador, sharing the history and uniqueness of the collections while supporting boutique operations and events. Responsibilities Greet and acknowledge every customer, providing a friendly and exceptional in-store journey. Develop and maintain client relationships through accurate capture of client data and thoughtful follow-up. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while mastering key moments of the sales ceremony and handling objections. Partner with local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking. Provide detailed product knowledge and storytelling about collections, materials, construction, care, and design. Support after-sales service and act as a client referent, assisting with recommendations and client care. Assist with daily boutique operations including setup, merchandising, back-stock maintenance, inventories, and adherence to security policies. Requirements College degree preferred. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements; strong product knowledge and storytelling ability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Solid computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
