Investment Operations Analyst

Chesapeake Search Partners is working with an established firm to identify an Investment Operations Analyst to join their team. This role offers a blend of investment operations, financial analysis, and project coordination, with responsibilities spanning project data management, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position provides broad exposure across multiple business functions in a collaborative, analytical environment. What You'll Do: Manage investment project data and support quarterly updates across multiple systems Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a portfolio of investment projects Analyze project data, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure reporting accuracy Partner with teams across investment, finance, operations, and business development to support project execution Assist with onboarding new investment projects and maintaining related documentation and reporting Contribute to process improvements and help enhance investment operations workflows What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment operations, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial data Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Smartsheet, Yardi, or similar business systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Chesapeake Search Partners
