Marketing Operations Manager

AbbVie seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee promotional review processes for pharmaceutical products, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance departments. The role requires expertise in FDA advertising guidelines and project management to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional promotional review committee meetings and monitor process efficiency
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and documentation for assigned brand reviews across offline and live submissions
• Perform key Marketing Operations functions including editorial review, print production, and system administration
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to identify and resolve process issues
• Lead special projects to optimize promotional review efficiency and develop materials management solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience
• Familiarity with promotional review systems, particularly Veeva
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion
• Strong project management and meeting facilitation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Editing experience preferred
