Austin’s live event, festival, and community culture is booming, and our clients want a piece of the action! We are looking for outgoing, personable, and trendsetting individuals to connect local consumers with major brands through live, face‑to‑face interactive experiences. A Day in the Life on our Promotions Team In this highly active role, no two days look exactly the same. Here is what you can expect: Pop‑Up Event Operations: Actively participate in the daily organization, banner placement, and physical assembly of brand displays across the Greater Austin area. Direct Consumer Relations: Welcome the public to our displays, answer localized inquiries face‑to‑face, and deliver memorable live brand narratives. Campaign Preparation: Collaborate with the team during morning briefs to organize promotional items, target key demographics, and strategize daily goals. Hands‑On Mentorship (No Experience Required!) Never worked in promotions before? No problem. We provide a structured, peer‑to‑peer mentorship program. You will receive personalized coaching in: Customer acquisition and direct consumer marketing. Public presentation and professional brand representation.
