Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching. The employee must be able to lift safely, carry, and restrain pets weighing up to approximately 60 pounds on a regular basis. The role also requires sustained physical activity, including handling animals that may be stressed or unpredictable. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This position may be full-time or part-time, depending on business needs. Hours will vary and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The roleoperateson a seven-day schedule, and weekend availability isrequired. Overtime may berequiredbased on workload and scheduling demands. Management reserves the right to adjust schedules as needed. Time off is notpermittedduring the two weeks preceding Thanksgiving and Christmas due to business demand. Travel No travel is required .
