ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in February 2022 and currently lead a team of six. I’ve been with State Farm since 2013, beginning my career as an agent team member before completing the Agent Aspirant program and opening an agency of my own. I come from a background in finance and insurance and hold both bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jacquelyn Howell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
