Sales Representative (Direct to Client)

Rapid Finance is expanding our sales team and we are now recruiting for Business Advisor training classes. A Business Advisor is responsible for building relationships with small to mid sized businesses and offering them financing solutions. This is a B2B sales role where you will consult with business owners on a daily basis to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities Build Trust: Become a trusted advisor to clients through world class client service, understand their business and gather information about their financial situations, goals, and objectives. Provide value and sell yourself first and foremost. Educate and Advise: Evaluate and understand hundreds of financial programs and options for small to medium sized businesses. Advise clients on the financing process and recommend the best capital solution for their needs. Fast Pace: Work in a very fast sales cycle and environment. Communicate with many different clients daily; most transactions are completed in 1-3 days. End‑to‑End Sales Role: Facilitate the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting clients via call, email and text. You will be expected to make 70+ calls per day between initial calls and follow‑up work. Training & Onboarding Upon starting as a Business Advisor, you will complete a one‑month hands‑on training program to prepare you for the sales floor. The program relies on repetition and practice, including learning specific sales plays, hearing them from current and previous advisors, and putting them into practice. You will also be trained on support systems such as phone systems, sales technology, qualification guidelines, underwriting and funding processes, and the Rapid Finance Marketplace. After training, continued group training, on‑the‑job coaching, call listening, and direct feedback will help you improve conversions and progress through promotion tiers. Rapid Finance will not sponsor applicants for work visas of any kind for this position. Base pay $30,000 plus commissions and cash incentives. Total compensation is expected to be between $125,000 and $175,000 per year. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or coursework in business, economics, communications, psychology or a similar field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of one to two years B2B consultative selling experience in a goals‑oriented, metric‑driven sales environment. Ability to quickly build rapport, earn trust and keep clients returning. Desire to work hard; expect 50+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Enthusiasm and energy to fully commit to this career and competitive spirit. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in conversing with decision makers. Technologically savvy; proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and virtual connectivity software.
