Quality Technician

In this role, you will be a critical partner to manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced in compliance with batch record requirements and product specifications. As a member of the team, you will help safeguard product quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. What You'll Do Check production lines to make sure work is being done according to instructions, product requirements, and quality standards. Inspect equipment before production starts to ensure it is clean and ready to use. Complete quality checks accurately and on time. Record inspection results and observations in required documentation. Work with production employees to correct issues and verify that changes were effective. Report quality concerns and problems to the appropriate team members. Notify the Quality team of any products or processes that do not meet requirements. Help investigate quality issues and identify the cause of problems. Assist with corrective actions to prevent issues from happening again. Support process improvement projects that increase quality, efficiency, and consistency. Help maintain a culture focused on quality, safety, and compliance. Qualifications Must have a high school diploma Reliable transportation Experience working within a fast-paced environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
