Manufacturing Liaison Technician - Order Entry/TrackerOur Manufacturing Liaison Technician - Order Entry/Tracker (MLT - OE/Tracker) are customer obsessed and problem solvers, strong in data entry, and ideally have a background in a production environment. Our Employees understand how to consistently exceed expectations and deliver. We are doing whatever we can to resolve a customer's issue. This is the liaison between our internal departments, Customer Service and Manufacturing. Manufacturing Liaison Technicians believe in taking ownership of the situation and seeing it through until resolved!Our ideal Manufacturing Liaison Technician candidate would possess the following skills:Working with our internal departments as One TeamA passion to help those in need; excellence in customer serviceStrong desire to help and take ownership on seeing things throughCurious, with a desire to always learn more, including strong problem-solving skillsTroubleshoot basic and routine customer issuesAbility to multi-task and adapt to changes quicklyResponsibilities:Act as the link between manufacturing, customer service and the customer to help facilitate orders with inquiries and product changesClarify and communicate order changes with customer regarding product information, ship/delivery dates and order costsContinuously review and update orders in the system as needed to ensure accurate and timely deliveryReview & maintenance orders already in the system per customer requestCommunicate with manufacturing department of order changesAssist internal customers on order updates, pricing inquiries, etcCoordinate & process rush requestsManage shipping details with internal and external customersResolve & communicate inventory/out of stock issues with orders already within the order processRun critical departmental reports such as; Same Day Ship & BackordersPrepare complete and accurate work including appropriately note accounts as requiredAccountable for tracking all requests received in a 4-8 hour (or less) time periodFills in hold slips for other departments when bringing order jackets to office and removing them when order jackets are returned to the appropriate locationParticipate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performanceAlways have a contagious positive attitude with your co-workers and our customersAll other duties as requiredQualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentMust be at least 18 years of age or olderMust successfully complete pre-employment screenings1-3 years in a customer service environmentStrong service mindset and demonstrated ability to think quickly and deliver resultsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficiency using a computerMust have accuracy in order entryAbility to move quickly through multiple systems to find information and deliver a response based on findingsExperience using order management systems such as Oracle & Salesforce preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & ExcelPrevious experience with manufacturing & production highly preferredOur customers come from all walks of life and so do we.
