Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay : $30.00
Shift : Rotating
Location : Mississippi, Blue Springs

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our . client in Blue Springs, MS to start immediately at $30.00/hour! Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery; replace defective parts; adjust controls.
• Inspect components for wear or damage and test circuits, systems, and assemblies.
• Complete minor fabrication tasks, including welding and cutting.
• Install electrical wiring, assemble and repair control panels, ensuring compliance with NFPA and NEC standards.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and production staff to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education plus 5+ years of maintenance experience, or a technical degree.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals in English.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance in high-volume settings.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Root cause analysis and machinery troubleshooting
• Fabrication and parts research
• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming
• CMMS proficiency
• Use of calipers, micrometers, multimeters, dial indicators
• Electrical wiring, blueprint reading, technical documentation

Schedule:

Shift details to be determined at hire; must be able to train on 1st shift. Overtime as needed.
