Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aligned with Netflix's overall vision.
- Conduct extensive market research to analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Create integrated marketing communication plans to effectively maximize outreach.
- Evaluate and measure marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products and services.
- Lead business planning efforts, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic consulting or related fields.
- Advanced understanding of marketing performance measurement and management metrics.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and integrated marketing communications.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Desired Experience
- 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in executing successful advertising campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum
