ESTIMATOR (STRUCTURAL)
Our client is a top structural steel fabrication facility that services various chemical, petrochemical, and other industries in Houston Area. They are looking for a full-time, direct hire Structural Estimator to join their team with compensation at $25-$30/hr . This position is located in the Manvel Area (77578) and does require onsite attendance. The Expectations:Review project contract details including drawings, specs, proposals, etc.
Prepare quotes dependent on both MATERIAL and LABOR.
Review outside vendor pricing to prepare accurate project quotes.
Confirm shop drawings and plans for project alignment.
Assist with creating project phase and schedules for production.
Maintain schedule to meet deadline according to project quote.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure project completion and success.
Work with engineers, sales/estimating and shop regarding supervisors instructions
