Job Description System Administration for Company enterprise systems as directed by the Director of Global IT Windows server, linux server, and networks included Tier 2help desk and Advanced troubleshooting Scope, design, build and deploy systemsfor the Enterprise Assist in management of operational systems Assistin creating and updating documentation Contribute toIT teamdiscussions and solutions Train IT staff in different technical areas This position could include up to 25% travel Required Qualifications 5+years experiencein a professional information technology environment Proficiencywith virtualization and cloud environments (Hyper-V, VMware), Microsoft Cloud Azure, (dedicatesinstance ,VPNs, storagegroups ,etc.) Experience with Microsoft products including Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.) Windows 11 environment and Windows Server 2019-2022-2025 Experience troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls, network traffic analysis and network security (MFA, VPN, VLAN, etc) Proficiencywith Active Directory,Group Policy Management,and Windows PowerShell scripting Proficiency with InTune MDM Experience with Cyber Security tools and frameworks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong planning,schedulingand time management skills with the ability to be flexible Ability to act on own initiative andmaintaineffective relationships with management,co-workersand clients Ability to explain technology and technical solutions to non-technical clients Creative and strategic thinking skills toidentifyand overcome issues Strong desireto develop and grow in knowledge and experience Preferred Qualifications (experience) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or InformationTechnology 7+ yearsof experience in information technology environment SharePoint development Atlassian Jira and Confluence Laptop hardware troubleshooting Backupand storage platforms Engineering SW such as Ansys SCADE, CATIA,Polarion, etc. IT Governance frameworks Familiarity with FedRAMP, TAA, & CMMC Company Benefits Health insurance: We offer health insurance to all FTEs, which can include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
