Schedules patient appointments, takes client payment information, filing and other front desk tasks.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains schedules of clinical staff.Entry and verification of client dataCollects copaymentsResponsible for technology support for telehealth appointmentsAnswers multi-line phoneRegistration of clients in the electronic medical recordExcellent Customer Service to promote a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focusedResearch and verification of insurance benefits and knowledge to apply for alternative payer sourcesPrepare and scan documents to internal HIMCross train and perform duties to cover neighboring locationsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.QualificationsEducation Level:High school diploma or GED required.Certification/LicensureValid and unrestricted driver's license is required.Physical RequirementsStanding – 20%Sitting – 80%Squatting – OccasionalKneeling – OccasionalBending – OccasionalDriving – OccasionalLifting – OccasionalDisclaimerThe duties and responsibilities described in this document are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time, or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.Time Type:Full timePay Range:$15.00--$21.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
