The ideal candidate will have proven success managing high performing sales teams, growing and scaling a defined book of business, and navigating a complex and fast-paced organization to bring new products to market and support the needs of our clients. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape as well as the current landscape of CTV, 1p Data, and Retail Media. The role will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration across our sales, product, marketing, and services organizations as well as building and executing against a sales plan that drives growth for TripleLift. Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy for your book of business in partnership with sales and services leadership and drive adoption and execution across the sales teamServe as internal and external figurehead representing your book of businessOwn senior-level contacts and drive forward enterprise-level partnershipsServe as front-line manager in market with ICs to provide coaching for ride-alongs and thought-leadership with customersDrive account-based strategy to grow key client partnerships and cross-sell new productsMaintain an accurate pipeline and develop quarterly forecasts for the regionUtilize a data-driven approach to report out on sales metrics and performanceBe held accountable for new product GTM execution and provide voice of the customer feedback into the organizationTravel for in-market customer visits is required, up to 50%QualificationsBachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, or MarketingMinimum 8 years of ad tech/media sales experience Demonstrated track record of managing a high performing team and exceeding revenue goalsExcellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of programmatic and the SSP landscapeStrong knowledge in 1p data, CTV, and ecommerce is a plusUS Jobs: The below range represents the potential on target earnings for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance. This range includes both base and potential variable compensation and is not guaranteed. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees.
