The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, negotiating, and managing surface, and leasehold interests while supporting acquisitions, development, and ongoing operations. Role Full time position - Office based starts of full time in office then can look to be hybrid Based in Midland- Odessa TX Salary with Bonus 20% Required Experience Landman experience within the Oil & Gas industry. Strong understanding of leasehold, surface rights, title, and ownership structures. Experience conducting title and ownership research. Experience with oil & gas leases, assignments, easements, amendments, and related land documents. Strong understanding of state and county recording systems. Experience working with land management databases and GIS systems. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Edison Smart®
