Role Description The Outside Sales Representative role is a full-time, hybrid position ideally based in Western Pennsylvania, with a focus on showroom visits with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves visiting cabinet departments, kitchen and bath dealers, designers, contractors, and other trade customers to present installation services, Kitchen and bath products, provide design and technical guidance (if comfortable and/or after training), and support their business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and conducting sales calls, delivering sales presentations, demonstrating product features, and following up on leads and opportunities. Periodically will require in-home visits to document and report to rep principal. The representative will manage a territory, build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, prospect for new business, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, product availability, and timely support. The role also requires maintaining detailed records in a simple CRM system, preparing reports, and staying current on product lines, industry trends, and competitive offerings. This is a more entry-level position with opportunity to grow into a larger territory role. Heavy on travel. May require some overnights (Hotel and meals covered on overnights).

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Presentations and Communication to effectively present products, explain solutions, and engage diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service to develop long-term client partnerships and provide responsive, professional support.
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Communication to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into active customers.
• Prior outside sales experience in building materials, kitchen and bath, cabinetry, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-state territory, travel regularly, and work independently in a hybrid environment based in Pennsylvania but including parts of Ohio and Possibly western upstate NY.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to visit customers across the region is a MUST.
