Join our team and help organizations transform work in ways that make work better for humans and humans better at work.Recruiting for this role ends on 08/06/2026Work you’ll doAs an Workday Integration Lead - Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier software to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:Key Responsibilities:Overseeing and driving end-to-end Workday integration delivery across all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportLeading the integration architecture and delivery approach for Workday implementations, ensuring alignment with client business processes, enterprise architecture, and downstream/upstream systemsManaging project workstreams, mentoring and directing junior team members, and coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver high-quality outcomesServing as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders on integration matters, facilitating workshops, driving design decisions, capturing requirements, and converting them into scalable integration solutions and deliverablesReviewing integration design documents, build artifacts, test results, and deployment plans for accuracy, completeness, and alignment to project objectivesDriving adoption of Workday Orchestrations, Extend, APIs, and automation-enabled integration patterns to improve solution scalability and delivery efficiencyApplying AI-enabled tools, developer-agent concepts, and automation techniques to improve build productivity, quality assurance, documentation, and support processesPartnering with functional, reporting, security, and technical teams to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions are delivered successfullyA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across multiple teamsAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorStrong leadership and coaching skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentThe teamOur HR Strategy & Technology Offering develops HR strategies and implements HR technologies that help organizations improve workforce experience and HR effectiveness. We help clients navigate change, enhance HR capabilities, and build a more resilient workforce.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience6+ years of experience delivering Workday solutions, including end-to-end lifecycle experience with multiple Workday implementations6+ years of experience designing, building, and overseeing Workday integrations across multiple technologies6+ years of experience successfully leading workstreams or project teams in a consulting environment with accountability for deliverables, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation6+ years of experience translating complex technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences6+ years of strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred Qualifications:Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Services Certification6+ years of experience working in consulting solutions for Fortune 500 or equivalent clients4+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior staff through onboarding, skills development, or performance reviewsExperience with Workday Orchestrations, Workday Extend, APIs, and integration automationExposure to AI-assisted delivery approaches, developer-agent patterns, scripting, or automation toolingExperience leading integration strategy across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendor ecosystems4+ years of experience with advanced Excel, executive-level PowerPoint, and Visio/process-flow documentationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
