What You Need To Do:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage a team of sales managers, coordinating and controlling their work.
• Build an effective sales system and form long-term relationships with clients.
• Analyze the market, competitive environment, and customer needs.
• Ensure the execution of sales plans and KPIs.
• Interact with manufacturers, suppliers, and partners.
• Develop and implement motivational programs for the team.

What Is Important For This Position:

• Experience in senior sales roles, preferably in the automotive or insurance sectors (5+ years).
• Understanding of the automotive market, trends, and specifics of working in this industry.
• Ability to effectively organize team work and achieve high results.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
• High level of communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations.
