Senior Project Manager

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cell therapy operations projects and business system releases. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with business and IT teams to manage complex initiatives, from charter development through delivery, while advancing project management processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters with timelines and budget definitions in consultation with stakeholders
• Define, secure, and manage resource plans while overseeing detailed project schedules
• Manage project risks and issues, including mitigation planning and escalation
• Lead process improvements within portfolio management team using best practices and lessons learned
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, and executive-level presentations to governance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, or Science-related field
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in manufacturing GMP environment
• At least 5 years of experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile and SCRUM
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Microsoft Project
• At least 5 years of data analysis and visualization experience
• Project management certification or designation desired
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Compensation: $122,910 - $148,938
