5 6 procedures/week
- 2 hearts/week
- 2 3 lungs/week
16 ORs ER Volume: 45K/year
Full CT support: CT-NP, CT-PA, CT rounding nurse
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 30 days

Required Procedures

Cardiac:

CABG
Arterial revascularization
Redo coronary revascularization
Valve repair & replacement
Mitral valve repair
CoreValve (TAVR)

Thoracic:

Tube thoracostomy
Pericardial window
Lung biopsy, resections, pneumonectomy
Decortication
Chest wall reconstruction
Mediastinal surgery

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
Active Indiana License & DEA/CSR Required
Available for all coverage dates Required
24-hr call w/ 4 hours gratis Required
