Technology Specialist IThe Technology Specialist I position requires experience with a range of technologies, but specifically iPads in education is desired. This position will be the first point of contact for all support requests, escalating tickets based on workload and difficulty, and assist with the inventory, maintenance, and deployment of technology throughout the campuses.
