This role focuses on residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation. Responsibilities As a Lead Service HVAC Technician, you will run demand service calls, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the team to deliver quality work on schedule. Requirements Minimum 3+ years as a Lead Service HVAC Technician Ability to run demand service calls Experience with Service Titan – plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team player – must Valid driver’s license with clean record Boiler experience helpful Professional appearance and friendly personality Comp Cards or Masters – plus Compensation Hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $50.00, with weekly commissions on all completed work.
