Full Charge Bookkeeper – CPA Firm

We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a well-established CPA firm. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who is comfortable managing the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of multiple clients/entities .

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Process payroll and related reporting, as needed
• Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping questions and documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications

• Multiple-entity or multiple-client bookkeeping experience REQUIRED
• 5+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience preferred
• CPA firm or public accounting environment experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional communication and client service skills
