We are seeking passionate, reflective, and dedicated Early Childhood educators to join our team and help our youngest learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a bilingual, inquiry-based environment. As one of our English Primary Lead Teachers, you will teach two primary classes in alternation with a target language Lead Teacher. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that connect classroom learning to real-world experiences, inspiring enthusiasm and academic excellence in line with IB and state standards. Differentiate instruction using a variety of developmentally appropriate teaching and assessment methods to meet the needs of all learners. Monitor and support the academic, emotional, and social development of students. Maintain high expectations for student behavior to ensure a positive and productive classroom environment. Integrate technology meaningfully to enhance student learning. Foster a strong sense of community by actively engaging with students, colleagues, and families. Collaborate constructively with colleagues, leadership, and staff across the school. Pursue ongoing professional growth and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Participate in curriculum development, team planning, and faculty meetings. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Fluency in spoken and written English Authorization to work in the U.S. Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of Elementary/Primary school experience Experience with the IB PYP and/or dual language programs preferred The school is unwavering in its commitment to safeguarding, child protection and the promotion of the welfare of students.
