IT Support Specialist

Tech Partners is recruiting for an IT Support Specialist on behalf of a respected faith-based organization in the Broken Arrow area. About the Opportunity You'll join a close-knit IT team consisting of an IT Director, Senior Systems Administrator, and Applications Specialist. The team supports end users across the organization and takes a servant-leader approach to technology, focusing on helping people succeed while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide frontline technical support, manage service requests, assist with device deployment, and gain exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and modern endpoint management tools. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues Manage and resolve tickets through an advanced service management platform Support Windows and macOS users in a cloud-first environment Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user support Help manage and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune Support cloud infrastructure and connectivity solutions, including RapidScale and SD-WAN technologies Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities Document solutions, procedures, and support activities Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive technology experience Participate in cross-training and ongoing learning opportunities This role does not support the organization's Creative Arts or Multimedia teams. Qualifications Required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR equivalent professional experience 2-3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment Desire to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a team Preferred Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments Windows and macOS support experience Microsoft Intune or endpoint management experience Active Directory administration experience Familiarity with cloud-based technologies Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills Experience with ticketing/help desk systems Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Service-oriented and enjoys helping others Eager to learn from experienced IT professionals A strong communicator with a positive attitude Dependable, adaptable, and team-focused Interested in building a long-term career in technology Comfortable working within a faith-based organization and supporting its mission Why Consider This Opportunity?
