PI Attorney

A well-established plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. We will accept mid-level candidates, but ideally this attorney will serve as a lead trial lawyer, managing and litigating complex personal injury matters from inception through verdict. This role offers significant earning potential, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for clients.Offer:$175,000-225,000 base salary, contingent on experiencePerformance-based compensation including a percentage of case fees averaging 10-20%, depending on experienceFull-time, in-person to start with transition to Monday/Friday remote flexibilityQualifications:6+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury mattersTrial experience strongly preferred; the ideal candidate is prepared to serve as lead trial counselActive Bar license in good standingJuris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolResponsibilities:Serving as lead trial attorney on complex personal injury casesManaging a full caseload from intake through resolution, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedingsConducting depositions, drafting motions, pleadings, and other litigation documentsRepresenting clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrationsDeveloping litigation strategies and advising clients throughout the legal processCollaborating with firm leadership and support staff to deliver optimal client outcomesFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
