Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active and valid license to practice Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with pediatric populations and familiarity with IEP processes
• Previous exposure to school-based and/or home health occupational therapy
• Proficiency in providing OT services via teletherapy platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to help students meet their educational and developmental goals
• Deliver occupational therapy services in various settings, including on-site, home, and virtual sessions as needed
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies in the classroom and at home
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to support student progress
• Document all assessments, treatments, and communications in accordance with practice standards and school policies
