Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC is currently seeking a Regional Manager with LIHTC experience for our Texas properties to ensure that standards of excellence and Customer Fulfillment are provided in every resident, vendor and property team interaction. This portfolio has 2 lease-up properties in the early stages and has an onsite office available at one of our lease-up properties just East of downtown . Assist Regional Vice President (RVP) with special projects. Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary. Owner Liaison – Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance. Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs (for affordable properties). Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected. Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials. Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data. Leadership of leasing strategy and outreach to ensure achievement of important lease-up occupancy milestones. Qualifications 4-year degree or (4+ years) commensurate experience in the multi-family industry in a supervisory role LIHTC experience Property Lease-Up experience Property Marketing experience Experience using RealPage/OneSite products and MS Office. Ability to travel extensively to both local and nationwide locations as necessary. CAM, CAPS and CPM (or willing to obtain) Certification Preferred Qualifications LIHTC Lease-Up experience PFC experience Compensation* $95,000 - $110,000 annually plus bonuses *Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
