Responsibilities Optimize the online customer experience to ensure a smooth checkout process. Collaborate with partners to develop clear product requirements and use cases. Coordinate with the payments team to align back-end functions with UI design. Explore features and insights that affect the conversion funnel. Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, aligning with customer-centric goals. Manage cross-functional delivery, leading both technical and non-technical tracks. Define success metrics and improvements. Measure and communicate product changes' impact to guide prioritization. Identify risks to initiative deliverables and timelines, ensuring successful product delivery and minimizing roadblocks. Stay updated on current technologies and eCommerce trends. Conduct customer research activities to understand consumer behavior and inform the product roadmap. Analyze usability, market research, competition, KPIs, trends, and technology to advocate for the customer and drive incremental sales growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in technology, Marketing, Business, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in digital products, with a proven ability to create world-class consumer experiences, particularly in ecommerce. Superior written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting a collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership in providing customer-centric solutions. Proficient in transforming data into actionable insights, developing a clear product vision that is supported by both qualitative and quantitative data. Exceptional attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize and manage tasks effectively. Strong negotiating skills and the ability to build consensus across functional boundaries. Experience with data and analytics. Proven vendor management skills.
