Qualifications:

• Experience in educational leadership or administration, ideally within a Montessori or similar setting.
• Ability to manage daily operations effectively, ensuring smooth scheduling and classroom coverage.
• Experience in preparing for inspections and audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to teachers and support staff.
• Experience in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members, fostering a supportive environment for growth and development.
