- Do you have recruitment or talent acquisition experience?
- This is a contract role based in midtown NYC 2-3 days/week in office!
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide support during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with your Manager to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruitment.
The Successful Applicant A successful Temp Recruiter should have:
- Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or similar recruitment tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and hiring managers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
- Hourly pay ranging from $35-45/hr.
- Temporary position offering flexibility for candidates seeking short-term work.
