Dental Assistant
Looking for an innovative organization and the opportunity to learn and grow professionally? We can help! We are seeking a Dental Assistant to support the Veteran community in the Viera, FL area. This position is open to all candidates, including Locum or Traveling professionals.
Position Highlights
- Pay: $22.40 an hour.
- Contract Type: 1 base year with 4, 1-year option periods
- Schedule: Office Hours: 6:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Location: 2900 Veterans Way Viera, FL 32940
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of a 1-year dental assistant program accredited by the American Dental Association's Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
- 1 year of experience as a dental assistant.
- A Dental Radiological Certificate is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Previous experience with the VA is a plus.
- Certification by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) is a plus.
