Position Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week)

About Us

Dalsimer Atlas is a well-established, family-owned floral and event décor company specializing in weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Applicants must currently reside in the South Florida area. This is an in-person position at our Deerfield Beach showroom.

Job Responsibilities

Typing & Proposals: Accurately type client proposals from recorded dictation provided by our sales designers.
Reception: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate sales designers.
Client Relations: Greet clients visiting our showroom in a warm and professional manner.
Scheduling: Confirm client appointments and assist with basic scheduling.
Showroom Maintenance: Perform light spot cleaning, tidying, and organizing to keep our showroom presentable.
Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Strong typing skills are essential , with excellent accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Previous administrative, receptionist, or transcription experience preferred.
Must currently live in South Florida and be able to commute reliably to Deerfield Beach.
