Post Bacc Research Associate - Oshri Position Summary: Research Associate will assist with human subject research projects at the Georgia Center for Developmental Science during family visits that happen in participant homes, public spaces, and at the BIRC center at UGA. Research Associates will lead visits, ensuring coordination between visit team members and families. Research Associates are responsible for following established protocols and reporting visit details to the research coordinator and center leadership. Duties/Responsibilities Conduct research visits including home drop-off of materials and family visits at the BIRC center (70%) Communicate with families as needed to prepare for visits, answer questions, ensure informed consent, etc. (20%) Monitor data collection pre-, during, and post-visit to ensure proper protocols followed, including organizing URA efforts to assist in data collection prep and offloading (10%) Position Details Title: Post Bacc Research Associate – Oshri Classification: Temporary Office/Clerical FLSA: Non-Exempt
