Associate Territory Manager - Columbus, OH

Becton Dickinson & Co

BD seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support the Interventional Surgery division across a Columbus, OH territory. The role involves field-level clinical training, case support, and relationship building with physicians and hospital staff, with extensive travel and potential advancement to Territory Manager.

Responsibilities

Coordinate field-level customer training and technical case support with sales and logistics teams
Conduct in-service training for hospital surgery staff on Infection Prevention and Biosurgery products
Develop regional physician proctors and centers of excellence
Maintain accurate account records, manage promotional materials, and plan daily sales calls
Support regional marketing events, conventions, and physician training seminars

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
0-2 years general sales experience preferred
Valid state driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
Ability to work in operating room environments
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology
Willingness to relocate for Territory Manager positions
