Territory Manager (Cleveland, OH & Pittsburgh, PA) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Territory Manager for the Neurovascular division to drive product sales and expand market presence across Cleveland and Pittsburgh. The role involves clinical engagement with surgeons, account development, and quota achievement in the medical device space.
Responsibilities
- Expand neurovascular product sales and convert competitive accounts per company policy
- Demonstrate proper surgical product use and handle customer questions and objections
- Maintain and expand current accounts while building new customer relationships
- Meet sales quotas across multiple products and execute selling cycle professionally
- Execute regional territory management with travel up to 40% locally and nationally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years healthcare/B2B sales experience
- Minimum 5+ years medical device sales experience
- Neurovascular sales experience preferred
- Experience selling to surgeons in operating room or radiology environments
- Valid U.S. driver's license and advanced computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
