Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Cleveland, OH

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Cleveland, Ohio region to drive rheumatology demand generation and patient access. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers while executing territory strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging customer and market insights
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven high sales performance and consistent business objective achievement
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Residency within assigned Cleveland, Warren, and Cuyahoga Falls territory
