We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers through a contract position focused on responsive, accurate service. In this role, you will help individuals navigate questions and application-related needs with patience and clarity, ensuring each interaction is handled thoroughly rather than hurried. The ideal candidate brings strong call center experience, dependable attendance, and a coachable approach that supports consistent service quality.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and messages, providing clear guidance and resolving questions with close attention to detail.
• Assist customers with completing forms correctly and gathering complete information to improve first-time accuracy.
• Handle order entry and related updates with close attention to detail and timely follow-through.
• Monitor open or pending customer items and take action to reduce delays and keep applications moving.
• Maintain consistent queue coverage during scheduled hours and remain available to support service demand.
• Place outbound calls when needed to collect missing details, provide updates, or confirm next steps with customers.
• Apply feedback from supervisors and quality reviews to strengthen performance and customer interactions.• Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Strong data entry and order entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to explain processes in a customer-friendly way.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to remain consistently engaged during assigned hours.
• Strong organizational skills to track follow-ups and manage pending customer issues.
• Receptive to coaching and able to adjust performance based on feedback.
