Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk for a temporary contract opportunity in Peachtree City, GA. This role is ideal for an early-career HR or payroll professional who enjoys accurate data entry, organized documentation, and supporting employees through timely payroll and HR administrative processes.

The Payroll Clerk will support payroll-related tasks, UKG audits, new-hire paperwork, employee file maintenance, and confidential HR documentation. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in payroll and human resources within a structured, team-focused environment where accuracy, confidentiality, and dependable support are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Support payroll processing activities, including data entry, document review, and payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Assist with UKG audits to help ensure employee records and payroll information are accurate and up to date.
- Complete and organize new-hire paperwork, employee file updates, and confidential HR documentation.
- Upload, file, scan, and maintain documents in accordance with HR and payroll procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and payroll team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members and provide customer service support as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $28 to $30 per hour.
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Job type: Temporary contract.
- Location: Peachtree City, GA.
