DSPs must be willing to support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication, must be able to think and act proactively.

Qualifications: Must be person-centered minded Staff need to be open-minded and come with a positive attitude Must be 18 years old or older Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Must have valid driving record Must be authorized to legally work in the United States Starting pay rate: $17-$24 per hour
