Corebridge Financial is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Web Content Manager to lead content creation, planning, and strategy for CorebridgeFinancial.com and its digital ecosystem. In this role, you will design and oversee a high-impact digital content production and optimization pipeline. You will champion content that drives engagement across diverse categories, including financial wellness, brand journalism, thought leadership, investor relations, corporate positioning, and client resources.

Acting as a key bridge between strategy and execution, you will collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing leaders to build, test, and optimize content that elevates our brand, boosts SEO performance, and guides users seamlessly through the acquisition funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Pipeline Management: Architect and manage end-to-end content production pipelines and editorial calendars that account for seasonality, distinct audience segments, and the migration of traditional media assets to digital.
• SEO & Funnel Optimization: Integrate advanced SEO strategies and best practices into the content lifecycle to drive organic traffic and accelerate user movement through the sales funnel.
• CMS Execution: Author, organize, and govern web content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem, utilizing Sites, Pages, Assets, Content/Experience Fragments, and Tags.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital product, UX, and data teams to support agile software roadmaps by defining feature requirements, conducting UAT, and identifying system bugs.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor web strategies to ensure Corebridge remains a leader in digital client experience and product promotion.

Experience & Qualifications

Education & Industry Expertise

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Interactive Media, or a related field.
• Financial Services Acumen: 5+ years of specialized experience developing digital content for the retirement, savings, and insurance sectors, with a deep understanding of financial compliance complexities.
• Writing Excellence: 3+ years of dedicated experience writing, planning, and managing digital-first financial content.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Enterprise CMS: 5+ years of hands-on experience (or certification) managing web content management systems, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). (Familiarity with systems like Sitecore, Drupal, or Contentful is a plus).
• SEO Power User: 5+ years of deep SEO experience utilizing enterprise tools like Conductor, BrightEdge, or SEMrush for content auditing, generation, and optimization.
• Data & Analytics: 5+ years of experience tracking, tagging, and measuring content ROI using platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Claravine.
• Project & Agile Operations: Proven experience using marketing operations tools (e.g., Workfront, Wrike, Aprimo) and working within an Agile development framework (contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning).
