IT Operations Specialist – TechOps / Fusion Center 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Includes at least one weekend day) Contract through August 7, 2026 Join an innovative autonomous mobility company supporting next-generation autonomous vehicle operations! We're seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join the Technical Operations (TechOps) team in a real-time Fusion Center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, documenting complex operational processes, and working alongside Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams supporting mission‑critical systems. What You'll Do: Shadow and document live operational workflows, system dependencies, and technical interactions. Analyze technical processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. Develop clear technical documentation, process maps, and workflow recommendations. Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to improve technical operations. Communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Support mission‑critical systems in a fast‑paced, real‑time operations environment. What We're Looking For: 7+ years of technical experience. Strong technical documentation and analytical skills. Experience in at least two of the following: Windows workstation support NOC, SOC, Command Center, or real‑time operations environment Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience working in fast‑paced operational environments. Comfortable working onsite in a secure facility. Preferred Experience: NOC/SOC or Operations Center experience DevOps or Infrastructure collaboration Monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms Interview Process: 1.5‑hour Panel Interview (includes onsite interview) If you're interested in supporting cutting‑edge autonomous vehicle technology and thrive in mission‑critical operations, we'd love to connect!
