As demand continues to grow for Volvo's premium SUVs, hybrids, and electric vehicles, Volvo Cars Orland Park is expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, professional, high-energy individuals ready to build a long-term career in automotive sales.
Whether you already have automotive experience or have a strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or commissioned sales, we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and current incentives
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries professionally
- Work with management to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Customer-focused mindset
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required
