We're looking for friendly, customer-focused Reservation Agents to be the voice behind those experiences. Whether you're answering questions, guiding customers through the booking process, or helping solve a problem, you'll make a real difference in helping people get outside and create their next adventure.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers with reservations and account inquiries
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Navigate multiple systems while supporting callers
- Resolve questions efficiently and accurately
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Call Center experience is an asset
Position Details
Work From Home (Florida residents only)
Contract Dates: December 30, 2026 - October 31, 2027
Part-Time, 15-30 hours per week due to fluctuating call volumes.
Training Requirements
- Orientation: Thursday, December 30, 2026
- Training Schedule:
- Week 1 - Monday, January 4, 2027 - Friday, January 8, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
- Week 2 - Monday, January 11, 2027 - 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
- Full attendance is mandatory.
Availability Requirements
Our contact center operates 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including:
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays during the contract period
This position is not suitable for candidates seeking daytime-only, fixed Monday‑Friday schedules, or those who require extended time off during the peak summer season.
Please note: There are peak periods during our busy season when time‑off requests may be limited. Due to business needs, employees are expected to be available to work their maximum scheduled hours throughout July and the first week of August. Time‑off requests during this period generally cannot be accommodated.
