Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, verify identities, and certify copies in full compliance with Michigan law — in person or via remote online notarization. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • U.S. citizenship required. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Notary Public commission (certification available if needed). • Clear background check. • Familiarity with loan signing documents a plus. • Detail-oriented, dependable, honest, and a strong communicator.
