Our agency opened in 1998 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in providing great service and supporting one another. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a marketing representative, which helped shape my focus on relationships, communication, and customer care. I attended Towson University and have two adult children. Family and community are both important parts of my life, and that perspective carries into the way I run the office. I stay active in the community through the Lee Mt. Vernon Chamber of Commerce and as a volunteer coach with the Springfield Youth Club. Giving back and staying involved locally has always been a priority. Our team enjoys personal and professional coaching, life insurance, free snacks, Casual Fridays, bonuses, annual trips, and team-building events. We also offer a Simple IRA and health benefits to support long-term success. Our culture is built around a supportive, close-knit team environment. We focus on coaching and development, and we’re looking for someone who is dedicated, upbeat, and personable. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Yvette Schuler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
