Location 6165 Royalton Rd, North Royalton, Ohio, 44133 Benefits Competitive wages and discretionary year‑end bonus based on performance Unlimited Wash Club Membership Paid vacation as outlined in the Employee Manual Health care benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Company‑Paid Life, Disability, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Employee Assistance Program HSA contribution: $1,000 per year (qualifying plan) 401(k) with up to 4% company match Educational reimbursement: up to $5,250 annually Responsibilities Act as the primary employee relations resource for assigned operational locations Conduct prompt, objective, and thorough investigations of employee complaints, policy violations, workplace conflicts, harassment concerns, and other employee relations matters Partner with Regional Directors, Site Managers, and other operational leaders to address workplace concerns and develop appropriate action plans Provide guidance and recommendations on corrective action, documentation, coaching, and performance improvement Support leaders in managing attendance, conduct, workplace behavior, and performance‑related issues Monitor employee relations trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management when appropriate Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies and procedures across assigned locations Support organizational initiatives that improve employee engagement, communication, and team effectiveness Prepare reports and summaries for operational leadership regarding employee relations trends and outcomes Partner with Human Resources and other departments when issues require additional expertise or escalation Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Strong employee relations and workplace investigation skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to build credibility and trust with employees and operational leadership Strong conflict resolution and mediation capabilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze workplace issues and recommend practical solutions Knowledge of federal and state employment laws Strong time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR‑related systems Ability to travel regularly within assigned regions Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in employee relations, workforce management, operations leadership, human resources, or a related field Experience conducting workplace investigations preferred Experience supporting multi‑site or retail/service operations preferred SHRM‑CP, PHR, or related certification preferred but not required Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Express Wash Concepts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or genetics. #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Wash Concepts LLC
