Branch Manager - Mankato

Position Summary The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of branch operations, customer relationships, referral development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled relationship builder, and results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Hiring Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Meet with customers and referral sources to introduce Handi Medical's products and services and build strong business relationships
• Partner with the sales team to expand and maintain a strong referral base
• Represent Handi Medical at community events and networking opportunities
• Maintain existing business relationships while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities
• Communicate regularly with sales teams, payers, referral sources, and other key stakeholders
• Promote awareness of new products and services
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow up on new referrals to ensure timely and exceptional service
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve productivity and profitability goals
• Lead, coach, and develop branch team members while fostering a positive workplace culture

Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience

PREFER experience in healthcare, home medical equipment (HME), medical supplies, sales, customer service, and/or management

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record with the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively delegate tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications
• General working knowledge of computer systems
• Ability to maintain a professional image while demonstrating commitment to Handi Medical’s mission and values
